Villa Kotala (for 12 people)

Villa Kotala is a log house renovated in 2008, with a pine snag finish. The two-storey building has an area of 143 m² for accommodation purposes. The water comes from the municipal water supply network.

The log walls create a peaceful mood and provide a clean and fresh air in Villa Kotala throughout the year. Overall, the place is beautiful and harmonious.

Downstairs (for 3 people)

The downstairs consists of an open kitchen-living room with large farmhouse furniture. The kitchen includes all the machines and accessories needed for a modern vacation, with a wooden counter dividing the kitchen and dining area. Toilet, shower and sauna facilities and a bedroom for three people can be found downstairs.

Upstairs (9 people)

Curving wooden stairs with anti-slip protection lead to the upstairs of Villa Kotala. The upstairs has space to accommodate 8 people. There are three bedrooms, two of which are for two people and the third one is a larger room for four people. The latter can be divided with a curtain wall into two separate rooms for two people each. There is also a toilet and a shower upstairs.

Villa Huvitus (for 4+2 people)

The log cottage of 45 m², renovated in 2019, is located at the lakeside right next to a beach. During the summer, there is a barbecue at the terrace; a separate sauna is located right next to the terrace. Also small indoor sauna.

The loft of the cottage offers beds for four people in atmospheric surroundings, and the sofa bed downstairs can be opened up to provide additional sleeping space for two people. The large kitchen includes all the usual modern household appliances. A toilet and shower facilities can be found downstairs. The water comes from the municipal water supply network.

Other things to note

The stairs leading upstairs are steep.

The Mesimarja cottage (for 4 people)

Mesimarja is a high-class planed round log cottage completed in 2008, with a floor area of 40 m². To the south, there is a 137-metre natural sand beach with very slowly deepening water. Mesimarja is ideal for couples and small families.

The loft upstairs offers beds for four people. The stairs leading to the loft are steep; if necessary, the sofa downstairs can be used as an extra bed for one person. Additional comfort is provided by the balcony glazing of the covered upstairs and downstairs terraces, installed in September 2010. The front of the cottage also offers lots of open terrace space for dining and/or enjoying the peaceful nature; a barbecue place is located right next to the cottage.

The downstairs of the cottage has floor heating and all the necessary cooking accessories. The cosy wood-heated sauna offers a nice sauna experience on curved alder benches.
